About
A thoughtful, supportive approach to therapy
My name is Jill, and I am a therapist specialising in Transactional Analysis (TA), a widely recognised therapeutic approach that supports meaningful personal change. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I offer counselling from a warm and welcoming space in the centre of Dundee. I also work online and offer dedicated Walk and Talk therapy sessions.
Experience & Approach
I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. My work includes supporting people with experiences such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, self-harm, and neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism. I work through a trauma-informed lens and also have significant experience supporting children and young people.
I offer a nurturing and reflective space where you can be curious about your relationships — both with others and with yourself.
As a TA therapist, my approach is to offer insight, support, and time to help clients better understand themselves, recognise patterns that may feel limiting, and move towards greater self-awareness, growth, and choice. We work together to co-create a therapeutic relationship that supports positive and empowered change.
