At various times in our lives, we all can feel lost, or stuck and encounter challenges.

I offer a nurturing space where you can be curious about your relationships with others and with yourself.

In some moments, challenges in life can feel too big or too many to cope with. We can find ourselves feeling confused and overwhelmed and you might feel trapped in a cycle you can’t find a way out of. At times like these therapy offers the extra help we sometimes need - someone you can talk to who has the skills, experience, and training to offer you time and space.

Individuals, Couples, Children and Young People.

Life can include experiences like loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, loneliness, relationship breakdowns, or identity struggles. These and a whole variety of other experiences, can sometimes make day to day life feel tricky. Over our lives we make many creative adjustments just to manage our feelings and sometimes these ways of coping become problematic for us.

I understand the pressure of modern life, and I know it can be hard to find the time and space for you. So, whilst most of my work is face-to-face in Dundee, I also offer online sessions. I offer sessions at various times and days during the week to accommodate the needs of my clients and I can generally accommodate weekly or fortnightly sessions.

I have a space in the centre of Dundee which is central for people travelling in from surrounding areas.  Unfortunately, it is not access-friendly as it is in a building that has stairs and no lift.

In summary, my approach as a therapist is to offer insight, and support to help clients better understand themselves, break free from negative patterns, and improve their lives. We work together to foster self-awareness, growth, and the freedom to make positive and empowered choices.
