When life feels overwhelming, you don’t have to face it alone

In some moments, challenges in life can feel too big or too many to cope with. You may find yourself feeling confused, overwhelmed, or trapped in patterns that feel hard to break.

At times like these, therapy can offer the extra support we sometimes need — a space to talk with someone who has the skills, experience, and training to offer time, care, and understanding.

I work with…

Individuals

Couples

Children and Young People

Clients come to therapy for many reasons, including experiences of loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness, relationship difficulties, or questions around identity.

Take the First Step

My Approach

Throughout our lives, we all develop ways of coping with our feelings and experiences. Sometimes these strategies help us get through difficult times, and sometimes they can begin to feel limiting or unhelpful.

My approach as a therapist is to offer insight and support to help you better understand yourself, recognise patterns that may no longer serve you, and create space for growth and positive change.

Together, we work to foster self-awareness, resilience, and the freedom to make more empowered choices.

How sessions work

I understand the pressures of modern life and how difficult it can be to find time and space for yourself.

Most of my work is face to face in Dundee, though I also offer online sessions. Sessions are available at various times and days throughout the week, and I can usually accommodate weekly or fortnightly appointments.

Location & Accessibility

I work from a space in the centre of Dundee, which is convenient for people travelling from surrounding areas.

Please note that the building is not fully accessible, as it has stairs and no lift.

Services Overview

  • Counselling often focuses on specific concerns such as stress, relationship difficulties, or life transitions. It is typically shorter-term and centred around immediate issues.

  • Psychotherapy is usually longer-term and more in-depth, exploring underlying emotional patterns, trauma, or ongoing mental health difficulties over time.
